Position : Engineer at Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, University Paris-Sud 11, Faculté des Sciences d’Orsay.

Research activity : My research field was "plant molecular biology" from 1990 to 1998 (in Lise Jouanin’s Lab) then "molecular microbiology" from 1998 to 2006 (in Claudio Scazzocchio’s lab). Since 2007, I join Alain Denise’s team where I am dealing with biological sequences in silico analysis. I am currently working on recoding events in yeast .

Side activity : developpement of scripts and internet tools for IGM biologists.
